With a Signature or All-Access membership, all classes are truly unlimited. There is never a limit on how many classes you can attend every month. HYBRID
HYBRID is our signature large-group training system.
HYBRID offers five performance-driven class formats within one cohesive system. Designed for structure, progression, and energy, it blends strength development, dynamic movement, and conditioning to meet you where you are and push you forward with precision coaching and scalable intensity.
LIFT
LIFT is our dedicated strength training class.
LIFT is built for those who want to get genuinely stronger and build lean muscle through structured, progressive programming. Each session centers on compound lifts and purposeful accessory work, removing the guesswork and driving measurable results over time. Fully coached from start to finish, LIFT delivers clear instruction, smart progressions, and strategic scaling.
SCULPT @ THE STUDIO
Our signature mat experience blending pilates, barre, and yoga.
SCULPT is a 45-minute class where you can expect low-impact, but high intensity. This core-centric class uses small, controlled movements to target smaller muscle groups. Feel the burn and building of full-body strength and endurance while using a variety of equipment.
STRENGTH @ THE STUDIO
Our 45-minute beat-based resistance training experience.
STRENGTH is designed to build strength and drive muscular fatigue. Expect controlled tempo, intentional lifting, and full-body work using moderate to heavy weights.
ALIGN @ THE STUDIO
This class is 60 minutes of breath-led vinyasa flow.
ALIGN is designed to build heat, improve mobility, and restore balance. Move through intentional sequences that link breath to movement with options to modify or deepen throughout.
